Why the hell would anyone hold a pageant in a Muslim country in the first place?

Dubai and some parts of Pakistan are open to pageants. Woman there aren't veiled up.

Egypt, Ethiopia, Morocco, Turkey, Lebanon are predominately Muslim countries and they all have pageant representatives.

Even if there was no actual pageant there Miss World still has a mail in pageant for that country. Same with Miss World USA. There is no actual pageant only a mail in one.
