Subject: How are the big guys?

Jim, how are the Emu's? Are they adjusting to their new environment, or better question, are you adjusting well to them?

I like the arrangement of your cages. They allow you a view for you to observe them, while the animals can see what's going on around them. How many cages do you have for all the birds?

I don't know if I told you, but we found that a large size dog house was a good shelter for the pig. You're probably going to build your two a shelter I would imagine, but the dog house was a quick and inexpensive alternative. How are the pigs doing? Have they been getting more friendly and personable. You know, they are an exceptionally smart animal and can be taught many things. My daughters want another one, but of course, I'm reluctant since we don't have the space. I can't say I'm not tempted though. They are very adorable.
