I used to ship birds, fish, and plants through Express all the time. Though this was pre-9/11 so it's possible the policies have changed. But as far as I know they'll still take them.

Barring that, some other options are Fed-Ex or Airborne Express. I've found the latter to be the more cost-effective of the two. UPS I've heard is very difficult to convince to take live animals.

You didn't mention how you were packaging them, but I recommend these for shipping boxes. Another button breeder introduced me to them, and I have found them to be a thousand times more suitable for birds than the chick boxes normally used.
