They aren't standing all the way up yet, well not for long long periods.....but I would say they easily stand over 12 inches tall once up on their legs fully trying to walk. They are already pecking at the water and the food.
From a couple of friends of mine that also hatched Emu just to try, theirs didn't bother to even eat for about 4 days and weren't really up and walking fully for a few days.....mine seem to actually be on a quicker timeline than theirs, so maybe following the methods of the Emu farmer where I purchased the eggs was the ticket!
