Hello there fellow Pandora Owners...

I have recently purchased a 1973 International and am in the process of refitting down below. I have noticed what looks like a drainage hole on both sides below the main (larger) window where the deck meets the hull. On the starboard side there is a tube which leads to the bilge. On the port side this is missing and it looks like the water has been draining into the old shelfing. Before I replace the shelf and install a new instrument panel, I was wondering whether anybody can confirm this as a drainage hole. I do not understand it's design but nonetheless water is making it's way out of it.

Any ideas on this are very welcome.

Thanks

Simon
