I am sure AL that you are speaking from the heart when you say that we should give these guys a break, and I am just as compassionate as the next guy when it comes to being sympathetic to other people's problems. BUT, business is business, and there is a line that has to be drawn between personal and business affairs. Diamond Computer Systems (DCS) clearly crossed that line when they let personal affairs, be it fanancial or personal, interfere with there business affairs. You have heard the expression "the show must go on"--- when you are running a business and charging folks for your products or services, you can't just pull the plug because you are having some personal problems. You have an OBLIGATION, legally and ethically, to your customers to carry on for products and services for which you charged them. I am sorry I have to disagree with you AL, but in this case, the folks at DCS were just plain wrong to do what they did, and now they are going to have to face the consequences of those actions.
