I have been at the REC for 4 years now. The first couple of years were ok but this past year has been hell. We do get paid good money. No education, no experience, its much better than making $5.15 for a job where you actually work up a sweat. We complain beacuse............

1. Careers make much more than we do and do half the work? I know they've been ther for 12 years, but i dont think that excuses then from keying APPS or Flats. they dont get edited. They dont have to seat hop. They get holiday pay and they still complain.
2. They talk to us like we are 2. I saw Earl talking to this lady trying to find out what was wrong with her. She kept telling this dummy it was private but he kept pushing her. DUMMY he almost made her cry.
3. We do all the work and, they still threaten to fire us. i dont get it
4. THEY LIE TO US!!!!!!! Danny wants us to be super REC. He keeps adding and accepting these new sites and not enough people to key them. God-willin when i graduate im gettin the hell out of there and NOT LOOKIN BACK!!!!!
