Thanks Nona. FYI for those of you that may not know: the reference board number is 175135. It has answers to some of the 'most asked' questions such as;
1. How do you make the skirts?
2. How do you dye fabric with apple barrel paints?
3. What is fabric medium, where can I find it, and do I need it?
4. What is superstretch and where can I find it?
5. What is the best glue for stoning pageant attire?
6. How can I remove stones from a costume without damaging the foil backs?
