hey there good to see HTS boys Responding to the site but must admit i only found it by chance, so please to hear someone wrote a book about the place iv'e just sent off for my copy, she must have been a relation to one of the founders as there is a block named able smith just across from Oliver n Speakman Houses . i always wondered how they come to them names. i also wonder why boys refer to the head Mr Harding daughters they was to young maybe 10 n 12 yrs of age when i was there and we was all scared of him and the Debuty head Mr dally. but unlike you had another go at Rochester borstal and to my astonishment a lot of x HTS lads was there. As you said you found your future wife i think that's the key to it all finding someone to care about ya i did find mine after Rochester and never looked back. cheers HTS LADS.
