YOU MAY WELL FIND THAT THE RECORDS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ARE CLOSED FOR SAY 50 YEARS WHICH MEANS NOONE CAN LOOK AT THEM FOR 50 YEARS BY WHICH TIME THE PERSONS WHOSE DETAILS ARE ON FILE AND THEIR RELATIVES ARE DEAD
