I totally agree with you both that borstals should be brought back even bettter bring back detantion centres that will sort tham out i did nearly 3 months in the only one in scotland and i have been straight ever since am unemployed at present but try to get work when i can and am a damn good worker as well any employer i work for gets his money worth out of me the young of today wouldnt know what a hard days work was even if it came up and introduce itself all the young are interested in is easy money for very little work.
in cupar fife where i stay the amount of vandalism and underage drinking that goes on is unbelieveable and when you check them they give you a mouthful of abuse let them try that in a dc they would be down the block so fast their head would swim so bring back detention centres that's what i say
