1. 以出生率計, 都唔知可以教幾多年, 而且到你想轉行時, 你的經驗人地唔會考慮
2. 教改成日改, 加多好多與教學無關的文件, 好多時你都唔知自己係教書定係專責做報告計劃應付政府
3. 在教育界現在因為在縮班裁員危機, 好多人為求出位, 做更多野來表現自己, 例如請全班去DISEYLAND, OCEAN PARK, 攪區際比賽...... 攪到唔做又好似自己LAZY, 做又好似有些..... 做過界, 但現在教育界正是做緊這些東西
4. 校長都會在這危機關頭, 壓榨員工, 例如要留校到8:00P.M. 先好走, 但如你8:00走便是唔夠勤力, 起碼最少做多半個鐘
5. 唔好以為假期好多,好多時都係要上TRAINING, TRAINING好多都係假期攪, 3年要有150小時, 人地會計界CPA都係120, 暑假? 現在要攪好多FUNCTION, 真係得2個星期, but no guaranteer, 因係隨傳隨到
6. 再加上政府及媒介的?黑, 教師形象好差, 好似好唔點, 如未入行, 不如去其他專業發展
7. 除了官校, 差不多全部學校都係無福利, 如醫療保, 房租扣稅, 就算做到校長都無,`其他私人公司會好好多
8. 無時無刻都話要進修, 最好個個都係doctor, 但係$$$同時間自己出, 唔好以為會有職升, 因為個個都係o甘做
9. 做晒學校的事, 我想你屋企的事都無時間理, 想生仔? 可能你個仔同個印傭多個同你說話, 個仔的印尼話可能好過廣東話

雖然我入了10幾年行, 我當想緊唔做, 因為做到好無心機.唉!
