其實如果從制度上來談,袁校長很可能會使用中央集權式的制度,這樣與以往Brother時代正副校分權有不同. 這樣來說副校長對濟記的影響力應該有限. 大家也不須這麼擔心.
反而我想提一些建設性意見, 就是濟記應該好好提升高年級的讀書風氣.
