各位也許真的覺得濟記千瘡百孔，然而只懂埋怨，不求自強，問題只會日益嚴重。雖然我亦相信各位的確在努力中，然而，請不要再在小事上多磨。校園的顏色真的影響學習氣氛嗎?鐘聲的種類真的改變人的思想嗎?還請各位學弟珍惜所有的，在現有的環境享受和奮鬥，也許有一天，你會成為范師兄一樣為校園出一分力，改善環境呢?

至於師資方面，我不想多談，因為各人領受不同，對各老師看法不同，何必苦苦糾纏如此問題?

各位濟記兄弟，願互勉!~

This saying does not apply to the students. Their main duty is to learn knowledge in school and not to contribute the the school. But I don't mean that they should be totally indifferent to everything!

I think I may have quoted this in a different situation then President Kennedy did, making the saying not applicable.
I just want to point out that students have their own responsibilities to make SFXC be a better SFXC, rather than just being totalling indifferent to everything.
