Obituary of Bro. Kenny
We deeply regret to bring you the sad news that Bro. Kenny (Bro. Thomas Doheny), the founding principal of SFXC Kowloon, passed away at 5:15pm on May 20, 2006 (Saturday) at Dublin, Ireland, at the age of 94 and in the 78th year of his religious profession.
Bro. Kenny was the first principal of our Kowloon Alma Mater from 1955 to 1963, and he brought the college from rubbles to a solid foundation. After attending the celebration of the 40th Anniversary of SFXC Kowloon in 1995, Bro. Kenny left Hong Kong for good in 1996. Since then, he has been busy compiling a history of Marist Brothers' mission in China, commuting between Rome and Ireland.
