And PRC resumed its soveignity over Hong Kong. So can all these be the excuses of the deterioration of our mother school. It is easier to get an A nowadays. There are more As nowadays. So can these be your excuses of getting fewer As in open examination. I agree that open exam is not everything, but poorer open exam results definitely cannot guarentee your better personality and moral standard.
