我都覺得"舊生"說法很不錯~
作為一個f.7 既學生,我都知道濟記既英文比起以前的確係差左好多~! 所以改革係必然既事!
至於學校會點樣改?點改先會好?依然受不同因素影響, 如本地文化因素,濟記文化因素, 老師的教學信念, 學生的學習動機等,不同因素所影響
所以我認為,學校o係呢一個時候應該對自身的各方面作完備既評估, 尋找出自身在各方面既優劣, 學校可從以下各方面去探討:
1)現行濟記文化對學校影響
2)老師對學校現行情況既感想
3)學校對現時學校在各方面的意見,如(行政,教育理念等)
4)學校本身的師資
5)他校,甚至外國成功學校所行的政策
6)學校本身的政策
7)家長的意見
8)學生在公開試的表現
等範疇去認真思考並反思
濟記的去向,濟記的所有就由學生,老師,校長,家長都應該就學校及學生的利益去想,想濟記更好,各方必須提出有建設的意見,從學校各個政策提出大家的見解,不要轉牛角尖再加上師生對濟記之情,一定可以使濟記重拾昔日光采
