嘿, 一開始當地政府公佈暫停供應食水的理由是「維修水管」
若不是有心隠瞞, 為甚麼到了必須停水的緊急關頭還利用謊言來「延遲」?
況且, 為甚麼遲公佈不會造成恐慌而早公佈卻會? 我可不是太明白
