黑龍江省省長張左己在哈爾濱市道裡區市民龐玉成家裡，喝下了恢復供水後的第一口水，實現了他在恢復供水後喝“第一口安全水”的承諾。這標志著黑龍江省委、省政府堅持為人民安全負責，及時處理松花江重大水污染事件應急工作取得了階段性勝利。
