1. 根據最新資料，這次晚宴將筵開182至184席。（更正：主席提我，男拔的紀錄是158席，而非168席。）

2. 由於同學購買餐券的數目，遠超籌委會預算的30席，故本來的解決方法有：
a. 只售30席，其餘退款。
b. 因 Grand Hall 的最佳容額是160席，最高容額是180席，故可讓部分同學坐在lobby，便不用婉拒同學的好意。

3. 最後，經過與校方、籌委及會展交換意見後，我們接納所有願意購票參加晚宴同學的申請，並決定寧願擠迫一點，將檯與檯的距離拉近，也要讓所有同學都坐在Grand Hall內，以感受現場的熱鬧和溫暖的氣氛。

4. 正如手非長所說，我們要保證 100% 的出席者均是為表達對學校的熱愛和支持而參加晚宴，而非被迫出席，因此，請通知所有同學，凡有被迫、被屈感覺的，請立刻要求校方退款，不要勉強出席。

5. 同學的座位，會由校方統一安排，請大家依安排就座，不要製造混亂。正如嘉寶所言，每人只有1.8秒時間就座。若有任何阻滯，導致八時正前不能把開幕程序完成，我們的代價便是不能看到曾志偉和張衛健的talk show。因此，當晚的大會安排的程序絕對不是兒戲，必須緊隨。

6. 今次「濟記迫爆會展」的「創舉」是所有濟記人通力合作的成果，希望大家都要為自己鼓掌，並能繼續做好本份，為自己的腦海留下一個圓滿的回憶。

希望我們母校的成就，也如今次晚宴一樣，「只要通力合作，夢想也有可以成真的一天」。各位校友、各位同學：就讓我們並肩攜手，為學校追尋明天青草更青的美夢而努力吧！
