re學生：又唔係話有錢就可以入ga...
只係學校唔夠人玩ja...所以再費都入到
技巧不足
歌曲毫不吸引....所引致的問題
有一班連"準確地吹出樂譜的音符"都做唔到ga人存在

re五：冇錯...係有挑選學生...不過挑中ga都不濟ja
實制應該係話"冇人可以簡"
嚴唔嚴格就....自行定斷
樂器導師的能力...說真的是有問題..除了某位以外

其實我最主要都係想講
同學係冇學習音樂ga一大要素:嚴守紀律和追求善美

順帶一提...
學校如果想搞好管樂團的話
要學生多練習當然是一個重點
但只依賴現在的樂器數量一定不足
我並不是指人數不足...反而某section內人數過多,例如...長笛
樂器數量不足是指樂器的品種不夠多
不計Percussion,我校至少欠五種以上的樂器
還有,樂器是可以保存長時間的東西
請學校不會怕它的價錢太貴
以致現在的樂器不倫不類...
其實...只要有適當的保養...它還可以保值的...yamaha的除外
