 “印度拉茶”也叫“香料印度茶”，主要是因爲它裏面放有馬薩拉調料(MASALA)。“印度拉茶”的製作方法是：先把水燒熱，加入立頓紅茶和薑燒開，再加奶燒開，最後放入馬薩拉調料。廚師如果想“作秀”，還可以將茶水在兩隻茶杯間來回傾倒，展示“拉茶”的製作。
