今天是我校的教師發展日，主題是團隊精神的建立，方法是透過歷奇活動。我校的全體老師、教學助理和實驗室技術員等皆有出席，在最後的defriefing時，有一位年紀較長的老師分享說：「今天我們老、中、青的同事都玩得很融洽，機會難得。」相信大家很難想象連教師隊伍中的老前輩也來玩從50呎的直牆游繩下來、紮竹筏、扮兔仔扮樹等會是一個怎樣的場面。

其實其中所反映的道理只是老生常談：第一、大家要有common goal，第二、要有mutual trust，第三要有good communication，第四就是要有mutual suppoet，最終就是大家都期望人人happy。

今天的愉快經驗令我感受良多，不易細表。

順覆堂主：在我決定離開濟記時，我曾跟BA說：「Brother，如果我能做到一個好校長，我想我學校的老師和同學也很需要我，因此我不捨得回來；如果我做不到一個好校長，我根本沒有面子回來。」
