 但我們教學生要為自己的言論負責，因此，記名的留言會比不記名的留言來得有價值。正如今天如果我們收到不記名的投訴信，我們一般都不會處理；但凡有記名的，我們都一定會跟進，並協助同學把問題解決。縱使不能解決，也會告訴同學學校的困難所在。
