讀過你上一則的留言，令我百感交集，不知從何說起。

總之，濟記地雖不算靈秀，但人傑輩出，故其成就應不止此。但如何揚其長，補其短，則還望各方有心之高人、友人，多給意見。

套用女拔劉校長的一句話，她說：「油麻地、佐頓也不是高尚地區，但它可以因有女拔而聲價（地價？）提升。」她告訴我，不要投訴大角咀是老區、是窮區，只要把濟記搞好，她也可以成為大角咀的地標，人家一提起大角咀，便會想起聖芳濟。
