中七生疑擔心英語墮樓死亡

一名十七歲中七男學生疑因不能適應英語授課，凌晨從寓所墮下死亡，死者留下遺書。

現場是皇后大道西539號，凌晨約兩時，死者的父親發現窗戶打開後，發現兒子已倒在後巷，送院後證實不治。警方在死者的房間發現遺書，死者在遺書中表示不開心。

學生就讀的聖士提反堂中學校長黃王笑霞表示，這名學生成績良好，但英文僅能及格，校方明日早上，將為全校學生進行輔導，呼籲學生珍惜生命。校長又稱，該校中一至中五班為母語授課，預科班仍以英文授課。

死者的父親表示，並無給予愛兒任何壓力，但近日已發現兒子情緒低落，曾表示不想讀下去了。父親花上個多小時與兒子詳談，勸他讀完書再作打算，豈料他趁父親熟睡之時，打開廚房窗門一躍而下。
