The Madeline McPeak Indoor Soccer Tournament(for our team) on Sat.Dec.13 will be from 9am to approximately 2pm at the Parkwood gym. Please arrive at 8:30am. Our team's name is KIKI'S LIONS. We will be playing 5 games which will run 18 minutes long. Everyone is welcome back to the Vandermay's for pizza following the tournament. Please let me know if anyone needs a ride from the tournament to my house. All players need to bring their St. Jerome's uniform(shirt and shorts)to hand in. Please do NOT wear them. Mr. McPeak has generously arranged for all players to receive a t-shirt to wear. Thank you for your participation in this special event!

I see that the message board is causing a lot of confusion. I'm not sure what the problem is with the website but it has apparently kept changing the date of my post. I did post that last week on the 8th so I'm sorry for any confusion that may have caused. From now on I will write specific dates.
Tonight, wednesday the 15th there will be no practice due to my work schedule.
This friday, the 17th there will be a game. Same field as always, please be there around 6:30.
I also want to see about making up a game that had been rained out. As soon as i get more information about that I'll let you know.

I apologize for all schedule confusion. The schedule on the internet doesn't have ths Friday's game (10/3) posted. I did call the coach of the other team and the game WILL take place at 7pm, same field as always.
Also, ALL of the games we have left are at 7pm.

Hi Kristin-Just verifying the schedule. The schedule on the website does not have us playing a game on 10/3, but the schedule you gave us has a game scheduled for that day. Girls, Please call the coach if you can not make practice or a game. It is very important that you try to be there for yourself and the team. Also, now that we are into our season, each of you are assigned to a position that the coaches believe are best for you and the need of the team.

Hi Terri & Jim,
I was wondering if you could explain the changes to the "no cutting rules" in the varsity group and how it will effect our "A" team JV girls since we are carrying 21+ girls. The Directors do not seem to know about any changes so I asked several other coaches in the Region and there seems to be confusion. The only thing that seems to be consistant is that the girls must attend the tryout's and practices to make the team. I know we spoke about a safety issue but the Region stated that the parents consent for the child to play addresses the issue. Please let me know as soon as possible so we can answer any parents questions on the subject. I know that none of us want to lose any potentially good or committed players. Thank you for your help and good luck for a great season.

Cadet soccer usually starts after the varsity & jv have had their tryouts. Cadet soccer is less competitive & no standings are kept. There is definitely a girls cadet soccer team this season . Cadet soccer practices usually start after the JV & Varsity teams begin. You should be receiving a call shortly.

Thursday evening varsity tryouts are cancelled (due to conflicting committments).
NEXT TRYOUTS are MONDAY, AUGUST 11th , 10:00 at Pollock.

GIRLS VARSITY SOCCER SEASON will start this Friday with tryouts from 11:00 - 12:30 at Pollock. Please wear spikes & bring water & a soccer ball, (if you have one). Additional tryouts to follow next week.

WELCOME BACK ALL JV GIRLS! All registered 5th & 6th graders' practice will begin next Mon. Aug. 4th, 6-7:30pm at the Pollock field. Please wear cleats, chin guards, and bring lots of water! Also, bring a soccer ball if you have one. The rest of the week's schedule is as follows: no practice Tues., practice Wed., Thurs., and Fri. 10-11:30am. at Pollock field.

The Archdiocese Of Philadelphia has instated NEW CYO sports registration requirements. If you have already registered for a fall sport, you will need to re-register under these new regulations. Please see the Athletics Page for a description of these new rules.
