In America truth is offensive. If you tell the truth, you are offensive.


I am offensive. Michael Hudson is offensive. Gerald Celente is offensive. Herman Daly is offensive. Nomi Prins is offensive. Pam Martens is offensive. Chris Hedges is offensive. Chris Floyd is offensive. John Pilger is offensive. Norm Chomsky is offensive. Harvey Silverglate is offensive. Naomi Wolf is offensive. Stephen Lendman is offensive. David Ray Griffin is offensive. Ellen Brown is offensive.

Fortunately, many others are offensive. But how long before being offensive becomes being “an enemy of the state”?

Throughout history truth tellers have suffered and court historians have prospered. It is the same today. Gerald Celente illustrates this brilliantly in the next issue of the Trends Journal.

Over the past 35 years I have learned this lesson as a columnist. If you tell readers what is really going on, they want to know why you can’t be positive. Why are you telling us that there are bad happenings that can’t be remedied? Don’t you know that God gave Americans the power to fix all wrongs? What are you? Some kind of idiot, an anti-American, a pinko-liberal-commie? If you hate America so much, why don’t you move to Cuba, Iran or China (or to wherever the current bogyman is located)?

The ancient Greeks understood this well. In Greek mythology, Cassandra was the prophetess who no one believed despite her 100 percent record of being right. Telling the truth to Americans or to Europeans is just as expensive as telling the truth to the Greeks in ancient mythology.

In America and everywhere in the Western world or the entire world, telling the truth is unpopular. Indeed, in the USA telling the truth has been criminalized. Look for example at Bradley Manning, held for two years in prison without bail and without a trial in violation of the US Constitution, tortured for one year of his illegal confinement in violation of US and international law, and now put on trial by corrupt prosecutors for aiding “enemies of the US” by revealing the truth, as required of him by the US military code. US soldiers are required to report war crimes. When Bradley Manning’s superiors showed themselves to be indifferent to war crimes, Manning reported the crimes via WikiLeaks. What else does a soldier with a sense of duty and a moral conscience do when the chain of command is corrupt?


Julian Assange is another example. WikiLeaks has taken up the reporting function that the Western media has abandoned. Remember, the New York Times did publish the Pentagon Papers in 1971, which undermined the lies Washington had told both to the public and to Congress to justify the costly Vietnam War. But today no newspaper or TV channel any longer accepts the responsibility to truthfully inform the public. Julian Assange stepped into the vacuum and was immediately demonized, not merely by Washington but also by left-wing and right-wing media, including Internet. It was a combination of jealousy, ignorance, and doing Washington’s bidding.

Without WikiLeaks and Assange the world would know essentially nothing. Spin from Washington, the presstitute media, and the puppet state medias would prevail. So the word went out to destroy Julian Assange.

It is amazing how many people and Internet sites obeyed Washington’s command. Assange has been so demonized that even though he has been granted political asylum by Ecuador, the British government, obeying its Washington master, refuses to allow him safe passage out of the London Ecuador Embassy. Is Assange destined to live out his life inside the Ecuador Embassy in London?

Will Assange be a replay of Cardinal Jozsef Mindszenty who on November 4, 1956, sought asylum in the US embassy in Budapest as Soviet tanks poured into Hungary to put down the anti-communist revolution? Cardinal Mindszenty lived for 15 years in the US embassy. Today it is “freedom and democracy” amerika that is copying Soviet practices during the cold war.

In contrast with “freedom and democracy” US and UK, the “authoritarian,” “communist,” “oppressive” Chinese government when confronted with Chinese dissident Chen Guangcheng’s defection to the US embassy in Beijing, let him go.

It is an upside down world when America and the British refuse to obey international law, but the Chinese communists uphold international law.

Insouciant americans are undisturbed that alleged terrorists are tortured, held indefinitely in prison without due process, and executed on the whim of some executive branch official without due process of law.

Most americans go along with unaccountable murder, torture, and detention without evidence, which proclaims their gullibility to the entire world. There has never in history been a population as unaware as americans. The world is amazed that an insouciant people became, if only for a short time, a superpower.

The world needs intelligence and leadership in order to avoid catastrophe, but america can provide neither intelligence nor leadership. America is a lost land where nuclear weapons are in the hands of those who are concerned only with their own power. Washington is the enemy of the entire world and encompasses the largest concentration of evil on the planet.

Where is the good to rise up against the evil?

When I first saw this book advertised, I was reluctant to buy it. I'd never heard of the author Christopher Antony Meade and I was reluctant to spend any of my hard earned funds on his novella. After reading the excellent review that accompanies the advertisement, I decided to take the plunge and buy the book. It was a decision I have not regretted. A book of 95 pages should take about four hours to read. “The Zombie, the Cat and Barack Obama” occupied my time for about 10 hours. It was just so funny I had to keep putting it down in order to recover from the laughing.
I'm not sure whether the author really is telling the truth when he makes his outrageous claims. You can be certain, though; that there will be very embarrassed faces in the homes of the great and good if this book gets widespread circulation.
It starts off as a conventional enough zombie story. The actual zombie is a cut above the usual run-of-the-mill graveyard refugees. For one thing, he's a very talented classical pianist. When he moves in with a rather naive writer in Wimbledon in South London, he sets in train a series of events that will ultimately bring him to the highest house in the land and an encounter with a rather hapless Barack Obama. Suffice it to say that American brains are on the menu.
Barack Obama also figures large in this book. The story of his ancestry is as strange as it is funny. Osama bin laden is revealed to have been a schoolgirl fetishist. The tale of how he met his end is very far removed from the official version. It makes the Navy seal’s account seem rather pallid as well.
The reader is also treated to some very original and hilarious explanations for such modern controversies, as the real purpose of area 51, or the very surprising cause of chem trails, among others.
I have to say that this book is an imaginative and comic triumph. My only regret about it is that it came to an end. I hope I don't have to wait too long for the sequel. Mind you, I will have to find some way of stopping this laughing. Otherwise, I will be suing Christopher Antony Meade for putting me into this state in the first place.

Here's my take on the result of the elections in Europe. I see it as a way of lulling the world, and in particular Americans, into a false sense of security about the true direction the world is taking. This will be an opportunity for Rush Limbaugh and Fox News to say, "See, 'conservatism' is on the rebound, no need to worry." But, let's look at the broader picture here.

Sarkozy and Merkel are indeed right of center, right of center as far as European socialists go. Measured against politics in the U.S., these guys are committed socialists; they are the leaders of socialist countries, France in particular, where there are still communists in the parliament.

I noticed how adept our leaders have become at distracting us with their right hand while picking our pockets with their left (no pun intended). We're all very keen to keep fighting the communists in Cuba with our trade embargo, but we're happy to do business with Red China. They massacred their own people in Tiananmen Square just 20 years ago! And, last time anyone checked they were still communist.

The so-called victory for "conservatives" in Europe will not herald the rolling back of the European Union, and it will not signal the curtailing of the massive welfare state that exists there. Look at it: Europe is governed by a double layer of bureaucracy. You have the national governments of the respective countries and then you have the European Parliament, which essentially has the authority to overrule upwards of 75 percent of any decisions that might made by the national parliaments.

So, don't be deceived; these "conservatives" are not going to take a single step to reduce the size of government, significantly lower taxes or roll back the social safety net. The homogenization of Europe will press on unabated.

This is being reported as conservative victories only to make us think what's happening isn't happening. Europe has had more or less socialist governments in place since at least the end of World War II, and nothing that happened recently will change that. No, it will continue to grow, expand and get stronger. China and Russia are not becoming less communist so much as they are becoming more socialist.

One last thought – if you read enough history you will learn that the socialists never liked the communists to begin with. The two ideologies have historically been at odds. So, just because one says they're fighting communism doesn't for one second mean they're not fighting for socialism. One case in point: Václav Havel.

The vast majority of Americans (80% by recent polls) respond to “Bush’s Resignation Speech” (a Bush apologist’s insult-filled satirical fantasy speech in which Bush supposedly quits and then blames us for his need to quit.)

“Great Speech,” if only you’d given it on January 21st, 2001. You seem to believe insulting us is the way to get through to us. Fair enough! We’ll try to get through to you in kind.
In case it blew right past you, 80% of the American people think that what went wrong with this once great country of ours is you and your fellow neo-con/spendthrifts. Oh, this country will be great again, once we’ve scraped the neo-con off our shoes.
And if you think quitting like Nixon can keep you from being impeached, guess again. Congress can impeach and convict you and Olde Two-Face to prevent you both from collecting your pensions (oh, and by the way, to clear the way for court trials) even after you slink from office.
In case you and the numerically challenged in your administration haven’t tallied up the latest polls, we’ve been fed up with you fools for years. Mostly because, while your pitiful party ruled all three branches of government, you neo-con numbskulls fumbled the ball and screwed up the known world, both foreign and domestic.
Let’s start locally, shall we? We know it’s hard for a ‘C’ student , but try to keep up with the numbers. Clinton gave us an unemployment rate of 4%. You’ll be lucky to come in under 6%. The reason it’s not higher? Too many job seekers have given up on “Bush-League-O-nomics”. The Clinton years netted 22 million new jobs. The miserable 5 million under you’re feeble reign don’t even keep up with our population growth. More of the minority increase in home ownership will be in default than will actually own those homes before we finally shove YOU out the door. And don’t start us on all the small businesses that will go bust from your deregulated financial meltdown before we finally kick YOU to the curb.
Oh, and thanks for that “gReAt StOcK MaRkEt”. The Dow’s up all of 9% since the Supremes crowned you “Resident Select” of the Oval Office 8 years ago. If we want a measly 1% a year, we’ll leave our money in the check book. Stocks rose 209% under Clinton. Can you count to 209? (Try taking off your socks.) And while you’re whining about the hard numbers, the reason gas is so high is because you dim-bulbs screwed up the dollar. How? (Pay attention now and sit up straight) BY DRIVING THIS GREAT COUNTRY INTO DEBT DEEPER AND FASTER THAN AT ANY TIME IN OUR HISTORY!
It took 200 years for these United States of America to acquire a $1 trillion debt, and that includes two world wars! In just 12 years of “Reagon/Bush-O-nomics” it Quadrupled! In case you zoned out again, that means Daddy and the Dunderhead drove the debt to $4 trillion! Clinton struggled to get that massive debt under control and finally built up three years of SURPLUSSES! (Which you and Smirky and Tom Delay quickly squandered on your corrupt Party-pals.) It only took 8 years for you and the rest of the mental midgets in the West Wing to drive the national debt to $9.7 trillion. “In other words…” it took Daddy and the Dunderhead 12 years to add $3 trillion to the debt. You only took 8 years to heap on another $4 trillion more. To someone with your mental deficits that may look like progress, but, to the rest of us, counting on your children to pay off your credit card just seems worse than irresponsible. Let’s see if we can dumb this down so you and the rest of the trickle-down bed-wetters can grasp it.
WHIPPING OUT THE CREDIT CARD IS NOT AN ECONOMIC POLICY!
The dollar is just a promise to pay. When other countries see you and your greedy friends have no intension of paying your debts, they drop the dollar like a stinkin’ turd and run to gold. Under Clinton, we could buy an ounce of gold for less than $300. Thanks to your fiscal malfeasance, “Your Denseness,” gold costs over $900 now. Now, if you hadn’t been whorin’ around while dodging Nam between the few times you actually showed up on base at the Texas Air National Guard, you may have heard of this salient bit of military wisdom: “The Enemy of My Enemy is My Friend.” The Sunnis knew right where to find that enemy. They, too, had been fighting them for years. Unlike you blundering neo-clods, the Sunnis knew how to keep Al Qaida out of Iraq, so they also knew just how to bring them in. The Sunnis let them in with two words, “Sic ‘Em!” Oh, and what a time they had! But it wasn’t all cheers and high fives for the Sunnis as Al Qaida proceeded to pin the Dummy and the Rummy to the wall. Turns out Secular Sunnis and Religious Whack Knobs don’t mix (oil and holy water). Al Qaida was killing as many Sunnis as Americans. So, a year BEFORE “The Surge”, the Sunnis had to start kicking Al Qaida out again. Problem was, they were still in a civil war. The same civil war Saddam had been fighting with the Shia for 30 years! What to do?!? So they approached a certain General P and said, “Had enough? We know how to end your pain and get rid of Al Qaida. All you have to do is give us the same deal you gave the Shia: Big Bucks, Big Guns, and lots and lots of bullets.”
Now, we know why you knuckled to their extortion, and gave them protection to boot. Your cranial capacity only allows for so many cogent thoughts. You couldn’t coax what’s left of your JD pickled brain into thinking of a better way to stop the hemorrhaging. We get that. We just marvel at how even the stupidest twit could have gotten into this mess in the first place. It’s not like you didn’t have options. When Clinton took out Milo-son-of-a-vitch in Bosnia, he bombed the hell out of him. Then he sent the LOCALS in to mop up! You know how many guys we lost in combat? Zippo, Dumbo! What? Hi! now that I have your attention I have one very interesting question to ask you, would you vote for me if I could get you and 10’s of thousands of your fellow students, after graduation and earning a living-job, to “VOLUNTEER”, yes “VOLUNTEER” to help pay for some of the rebuilding of America’s decaying infrastructures, etc., if I can logically prove to you, when all is said and done, it did not cost you “ONE RED CENT” (not a new type tax idea) to help do? In less than a week under the heading “TURTLE TWO” I will post the answer to the question by giving you one in-depth very prime example of a “particular group of people” I believe will “ENTHUSIASTICALLY”; yes “ENTHUSIASTICALLY” voluntarily participate in my said solution. In fact, this one “particular group of people” alone has the potential to raise ten’s of millions of dollars (conservative estimate) year after year to help pay for the rebuilding of America’s decaying infrastructures. Hi! now that I have your attention I have one very interesting question to ask you, would you vote for me if I could get you and 10’s of thousands of your fellow students, after graduation and earning a living-job, to “VOLUNTEER”, yes “VOLUNTEER” to help pay for some of the rebuilding of America’s decaying infrastructures, etc., if I can logically prove to you, when all is said and done, it did not cost you “ONE RED CENT” (not a new type tax idea) to help do? In less than a week under the heading “TURTLE TWO” I will post the answer to the question by giving you one in-depth very prime example of a “particular group of people” I believe will “ENTHUSIASTICALLY”; yes “ENTHUSIASTICALLY” voluntarily participate in my said solution. In fact, this one “particular group of people” alone has the potential to raise ten’s of millions of dollars (conservative estimate) year after year to help pay for the rebuilding of America’s decaying infrastructures. As a matter of fact, some very wealthy people, particularly Hollywood celebrity types, may want to spend extra money to so-call “personalize” the said idea. I plan to participate in this solution, but understandably not this particular format, because I do not fit the narrow criteria.

If you did read about my S.S .TURTLE privatization account solution on the message board, what was your initial impression, did you like what you read and hopefully listened to on YouTube or not? The stuff with Sheehan is ridiculous. Cindy Sheehan blamed Bush personally for getting her son (who she had no hand in raising other than to offer to help make him a deserter) killed in Iraq. It was her son's choice to volunteer to fight in Iraq just as hundreds of thousands more have done by joining the Army and Marines.
The surge ploy in Iraq worked, even by admission of the socialist left. We are now in the mop up phase of operations in Iraq, Iran who was the motivating force behind the terrorist operations in Iraq is backing off from it's threats to the western world somewhat..at least they know they've lost Iraq for now. It would appear that even after almost three years of bumbling by the Bush regieme they have finally resolved part of the middle east problem for now. But the primary enemy, the radical islamonazi has yet to be addressed. Perhaps now that Israel is supposedly stepping up it's anti-terrorist assasination campaign to include targets outside it's immediate area of operations (the middle east), we can see some improvements in that area too. In order to prevent this from happening again, we must eliminate the Wahhabist sect of Islam from the face of the earth.

I am writing to you about the gross discrimination, violation, criminal conduct and incitement to racial hatred that has been done to me by different Swedish authorities, institutes and organizations. For a long time I have been discriminated and violated, robbed and even maltreated. My health has been destroyed by 95%.

I do not know if I have reached the right instance when I contact you. If it is wrong, I ask you to send this letter with enclosed copies to the right instance and then inform me about this.

Unfortunately I cannot send you all my material about the discrimination and violation that I have been exposed of since the material is extensive and I cannot afford to send you everything because of my bad financial position. Only one copy costs 3 Swedish krona. Furthermore, some of the original documents cannot be copied since they are in bad condition. The documents are in Swedish.

I have previously sued the Swedish authorities to the antidemocratic, anti loyal and unjust West European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France. The report was made April 2nd, 2003. I had to sue the Swedish criminal Mafia authorities to this so-called European Court since all doors are closed to us immigrants here in Sweden. There is no just court, judge, prosecutor or lawyer. They only work for their own authorities and destroy our lives. My understanding is that they are true Fascists and Nazis.

I not only feel that I am discriminated, violated and robbed. I also feel that I live in a society that is oppressing and where we immigrants are treated as the Germans treated the Jews during the time of Hitler. That is why I had to turn to the "European Court of Human Rights" in Strasbourg. I sent them all my material, facts and evidence. They have shut their eyes and kept quiet for 1 year and 4 months and they have not lifted a finger to help me. Instead they are supporting/co-operating with the Swedish authorities. I feel discriminated and violated. I have lost more than one year and it has cost me dearly, financially, mentally and physically. That is why I am also suing the "European Court of Human Rights" in Strasbourg for collaboration with Swedish authorities.

I have sued the enforcement service (kronofogdemyndigheten), the social insurance office (försäkringskassan), the tax authorities (skattemyndigheten), the public dental service (folktandvården), the dentist Ingemar Vighagen (Citytandläkarna) and the medical service (sjukvården).


August 17th, 2004, I received an offending and criminal letter from the Kronofogdemyndigheten in Landskrona where it said that they were going to deduct 3300 Swedish Krona/month of my pension. These violations, criminal acts and discriminations are hard to describe with words. I have lived in poverty during my whole time here in Sweden because of such Mafia bandits, Fascists and Nazis.

It is not enough with the hundreds-of-thousands of Swedish Krona that they already have robbed me of. They will not stop until the day I die. What they want is to make a profit on me, just as vampires who suck the blood out of people. If it would be possible they would gladly have drained me of 1 kilo blood per month. They will do everything to make more money.

I have a very small disablement pension. It is very difficult to survive with this pension. I live in poverty. If the Kronofogdemyndigheten starts to make deductions on my pension I will be even poorer.

What can I give my children, now and for their future? What can I buy for my children when I only have 3100 Swedish Krona/month (after the Kronofogdemyndigheten's deduction) to live for (then I have not counted variable costs as electricity, telephone and TV)?

I have a 20-year-old daughter. She studies medicine in Xxxxxx. She needs my support but I cannot give her a penny. Before this I had difficulties supporting her financially. With 3300 Swedish Krona less per month my chances of helping her are even smaller.

What can I give to my 13-year-old daughter who lives in Landskrona, here in Sweden? I cannot longer buy her a school bag because of the Swedish Fascists, racists and Mafia bandits who make me poor, sad and disappointed.

This is both physical and mental abuse, this is inhuman. These people have no human feelings. They are egoists and materialists. Anyone can understand that this is gross discrimination, violations and incitement to racial hatred, to steal from a disabled immigrant with a pension of 11300 Swedish Krona. With this pension I have to pay 3700 Swedish Krona/month in rent and 1200 Swedish Krona/month in child support. In addition to that I have to pay electricity, telephone and TV. How can I survive with what is left? It is hard to explain with words.

I need money to physiotherapy, medical treatment etc. Only massage costs 300 Swedish Krona and I need to go three times per month. A chiropractor costs even more. Even before the Kronofogdemyndigheten's last letter it was difficult for me to pay these sums because of my poor economy. How will I be able to afford it now?

After the insulting letter from the Kronofogdemyndigheten I had to cancel my dentist appointment. I have severe problems with my teeth and terrible pains but I cannot longer afford going to the dentist because of the Kronofogdemyndigheten. I have only 12 teeth left in my mouth and they are all loose. The whole mouth cavity is inflamed and therefore I have to see the dentist regularly.

In November 2003 I separated from my family. During following 6 months I managed some way to scrape together money to buy a used sofa and a used TV. I have no bed, kitchen table, chairs or bookcase. The first 6 months I slept on an old mattress on the floor. Now I sleep on the sofa but I can assure you that this is also hell for a disabled person. Now because of the Kronofogdemyndigheten I can only dream of a bed, when I am able to sleep.

It is not only the Kronofogdebandits who are involved but also the Försäkringskassan (the social insurance office) and the Skattemyndigheten (the tax authorities).

At the Försäkringskassan they know how much money during the last 15 years, hundreds-of-thousands of Swedish Krona that has been paid to the Kronofogdemyndigheten. My debt was at the beginning not more that 90000 Swedish Krona but the Swedish bandits know how to manage. I guarantee that they have useful contacts with the "West European" court and you can see in black and white that there are only West Europeans sitting there.

This is why I am forced to turn to the International Court of Justice. This is my last chance. If the International Court does not punish the Swedish Mafia bandits then there is no justice any longer in this world. Great criminal Mafia bandits will become greater and greater and millions of good people will suffer, starve and die because of the Western World's bureaucrats, Fascists and Nazis.

As I have mentioned earlier, my income is very poor, but nevertheless I have been compelled to acquire a bigger flat because of my daughter. She should not have to suffer and be embarrassed because her father is poor and cannot give her anything. When she is here she wants to bring home her friends. And because of my illness I also need to have a room of my own where I can be alone when I am in great pain. I know that my pension does not allow me to have a bigger flat but my plan was that if I do not indulge myself anything and if I exclude physiotherapy etc (except my frequent dentist appointments although, after the letter from the Kronofogdemyndigheten, I have to exclude this too) and if cut down even more on my meals then I should be able to manage this rent. Now I do not how I will survive. My rent will be 5700 Swedish Krona/month. I will probably receive some accommodation allowance although it will not be much, perhaps 500 - 700 Swedish Krona/month. If I had had a proper pension as I should have had I would have managed but my pension has not increased. I have complained to the Försäkringskassan but they think that I should manage with a minimum pension. If I had been Swedish I would have received a larger income but we foreigners receive the lowest. When I have moved in to my new flat (that will be October 1st) and the Kronofogdemyndigheten starts to make reductions on my pension, I will only have 1100 Swedish Krona/month left to live for. A joke that is what it is (although I am not laughing). I do not know what to do about furniture. It was difficult beforehand. Now it will be impossible. It is strange; nothing can go right whatever I do. No matter how much I try to save (I eat cheap, I do not make any visits to the doctor etc), still I never have any money. The Kronofogdemyndigheten takes everything. I do not owe them anything but they owe me plenty!!

Since I do not have any lawyer who can defend me in this country I ask you to arrange this - lawyer or prosecutor. I will also ask you to see to that this lawyer/prosecutor will contact me as soon as possible so that I can complete the material I have and to send to him/her. Unfortunately there is material that I lack because the Swedish authorities have not bothered to send it to me. There are also documents that cannot be copied because of poor quality as I have mentioned earlier.

I demand damages for my health that has been destroyed by 95% by the medical service (sjukvården), the dentist Ingemar Vighagen (Citytandläkarna) and the public dental service (folktandvården), damages for the discriminations and violations that I have suffered by the social insurance office (försäkringskassan), both concerning my pension that has not been raised for 15 years, and for their collaboration with the enforcement service (kronofogdemyndigheten). I also claim damages from the Kronofogdemyndigheten who have stolen hundreds-of-thousands of Swedish Krona from me. Although I have paid everything the debts are still growing and the Kronofogdemyndigheten craves for more. I also claim damages from the tax authorities (skattemyndigheten) for their collaboration with the Kronofogdemyndigheten. I demand that my money will be paid back with damages and interest. My claim for damages including interest is 3,5 million Swedish Krona. Other matters (as for example a raise of my pension) can be discussed at a later time when you have appointed a lawyer/prosecutor. Some documents cannot be completed since the Försäkringskassan does not give me any information about what deductions that have been made to the Kronofogdemyndigheten. That is why the Försäkringskassan must attend the trial and show how much money that has been paid to the Kronofogdemyndigheten.

There is one thing I want to mention. I do not accept any lawyer/prosecutor or at all any person from Scandinavia. I want the lawyer/prosecutor to come from without the Western borders: Asia, Africa or South America - an impartial, just person who is against the discriminators, the violators and criminals. If it will go to trial I wish to attend it and that the Swedish Mafia bandits will be summoned.

I apologize for my harsh words but I cannot express myself in any other way, the Swedish authorities have not earned it.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing in reply to your e-mail of 24 May 2007, from which it can be concluded that you consider the Swedish authorities to be undemocratic. You appear to have referred the matter to the European Court of Human Rights and to the International Court of Justice.

You have written to the European Ombudsman, whose task is to investigate complaints about maladministration by EU institutions and bodies. This means that you can complain to the Ombudsman if you consider that, for instance, the European Commission, the European Parliament or the Council of the European Union has done something wrong. However, the European Ombudsman is not entitled to deal with complaints against national authorities. Nor is the European Ombudsman entitled to deal with complaints against the European Court of Human Rights or the International Court of Justice, which are not EU institutions or bodies. The European Ombudsman would therefore not be in a position to assist you regarding the matter of your concern.

I am writing to you about the gross discrimination, violation, criminal conduct and incitement to racial hatred that has been done to me by different Swedish authorities, institutes and organizations. For a long time I have been discriminated and violated, robbed and even maltreated. My health has been destroyed by 95%.

I do not know if I have reached the right instance when I contact you. If it is wrong, I ask you to send this letter with enclosed copies to the right instance and then inform me about this.

Unfortunately I cannot send you all my material about the discrimination and violation that I have been exposed of since the material is extensive and I cannot afford to send you everything because of my bad financial position. Only one copy costs 3 Swedish krona. Furthermore, some of the original documents cannot be copied since they are in bad condition. The documents are in Swedish.

I have previously sued the Swedish authorities to the antidemocratic, anti loyal and unjust West European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France. The report was made April 2nd, 2003. I had to sue the Swedish criminal Mafia authorities to this so-called European Court since all doors are closed to us immigrants here in Sweden. There is no just court, judge, prosecutor or lawyer. They only work for their own authorities and destroy our lives. My understanding is that they are true Fascists and Nazis.

I not only feel that I am discriminated, violated and robbed. I also feel that I live in a society that is oppressing and where we immigrants are treated as the Germans treated the Jews during the time of Hitler. That is why I had to turn to the 'European Court of Human Rights' in Strasbourg. I sent them all my material, facts and evidence. They have shut their eyes and kept quiet for 1 year and 4 months and they have not lifted a finger to help me. Instead they are supporting/co-operating with the Swedish authorities. I feel discriminated and violated. I have lost more than one year and it has cost me dearly, financially, mentally and physically. That is why I am also suing the 'European Court of Human Rights' in Strasbourg for collaboration with Swedish authorities.

I have sued the enforcement service (kronofogdemyndigheten), the social insurance office (försäkringskassan), the tax authorities (skattemyndigheten), the public dental service (folktandvården), the dentist Ingemar Vighagen (Citytandläkarna) and the medical service (sjukvården).

August 17th, 2004, I received an offending and criminal letter from the Kronofogdemyndigheten in Landskrona where it said that they were going to deduct 3300 Swedish Krona/month of my pension. These violations, criminal acts and discriminations are hard to describe with words. I have lived in poverty during my whole time here in Sweden because of such Mafia bandits, Fascists and Nazis.

It is not enough with the hundreds-of-thousands of Swedish Krona that they already have robbed me of. They will not stop until the day I die. What they want is to make a profit on me, just as vampires who suck the blood out of people. If it would be possible they would gladly have drained me of 1 kilo blood per month. They will do everything to make more money.

I have a very small disablement pension. It is very difficult to survive with this pension. I live in poverty. If the Kronofogdemyndigheten starts to make deductions on my pension I will be even poorer.

What can I give my children, now and for their future? What can I buy for my children when I only have 3100 Swedish Krona/month (after the Kronofogdemyndigheten's deduction) to live for (then I have not counted variable costs as electricity, telephone and TV)?

I have a 20-year-old daughter. She studies medicine in Xxxxxx. She needs my support but I cannot give her a penny. Before this I had difficulties supporting her financially. With 3300 Swedish Krona less per month my chances of helping her are even smaller.

What can I give to my 13-year-old daughter who lives in Landskrona, here in Sweden? I cannot longer buy her a school bag because of the Swedish Fascists, racists and Mafia bandits who make me poor, sad and disappointed.

This is both physical and mental abuse, this is inhuman. These people have no human feelings. They are egoists and materialists. Anyone can understand that this is gross discrimination, violations and incitement to racial hatred, to steal from a disabled immigrant with a pension of 11300 Swedish Krona. With this pension I have to pay 3700 Swedish Krona/month in rent and 1200 Swedish Krona/month in child support. In addition to that I have to pay electricity, telephone and TV. How can I survive with what is left? It is hard to explain with words.

I need money to physiotherapy, medical treatment etc. Only massage costs 300 Swedish Krona and I need to go three times per month. A chiropractor costs even more. Even before the Kronofogdemyndigheten's last letter it was difficult for me to pay these sums because of my poor economy. How will I be able to afford it now?

After the insulting letter from the Kronofogdemyndigheten I had to cancel my dentist appointment. I have severe problems with my teeth and terrible pains but I cannot longer afford going to the dentist because of the Kronofogdemyndigheten. I have only 12 teeth left in my mouth and they are all loose. The whole mouth cavity is inflamed and therefore I have to see the dentist regularly.

In November 2003 I separated from my family. During following 6 months I managed some way to scrape together money to buy a used sofa and a used TV. I have no bed, kitchen table, chairs or bookcase. The first 6 months I slept on an old mattress on the floor. Now I sleep on the sofa but I can assure you that this is also hell for a disabled person. Now because of the Kronofogdemyndigheten I can only dream of a bed, when I am able to sleep.

It is not only the Kronofogdebandits who are involved but also the Försäkringskassan (the social insurance office) and the Skattemyndigheten (the tax authorities).

At the Försäkringskassan they know how much money during the last 15 years, hundreds-of-thousands of Swedish Krona that has been paid to the Kronofogdemyndigheten. My debt was at the beginning not more that 90000 Swedish Krona but the Swedish bandits know how to manage. I guarantee that they have useful contacts with the 'West European' court and you can see in black and white that there are only West Europeans sitting there.

This is why I am forced to turn to the International Court of Justice. This is my last chance. If the International Court does not punish the Swedish Mafia bandits then there is no justice any longer in this world. Great criminal Mafia bandits will become greater and greater and millions of good people will suffer, starve and die because of the Western World's bureaucrats, Fascists and Nazis.

As I have mentioned earlier, my income is very poor, but nevertheless I have been compelled to acquire a bigger flat because of my daughter. She should not have to suffer and be embarrassed because her father is poor and cannot give her anything. When she is here she wants to bring home her friends. And because of my illness I also need to have a room of my own where I can be alone when I am in great pain. I know that my pension does not allow me to have a bigger flat but my plan was that if I do not indulge myself anything and if I exclude physiotherapy etc (except my frequent dentist appointments although, after the letter from the Kronofogdemyndigheten, I have to exclude this too) and if cut down even more on my meals then I should be able to manage this rent. Now I do not how I will survive. My rent will be 5700 Swedish Krona/month. I will probably receive some accommodation allowance although it will not be much, perhaps 500 - 700 Swedish Krona/month. If I had had a proper pension as I should have had I would have managed but my pension has not increased. I have complained to the Försäkringskassan but they think that I should manage with a minimum pension. If I had been Swedish I would have received a larger income but we foreigners receive the lowest. When I have moved in to my new flat (that will be October 1st) and the Kronofogdemyndigheten starts to make reductions on my pension, I will only have 1100 Swedish Krona/month left to live for. A joke that is what it is (although I am not laughing). I do not know what to do about furniture. It was difficult beforehand. Now it will be impossible. It is strange; nothing can go right whatever I do. No matter how much I try to save (I eat cheap, I do not make any visits to the doctor etc), still I never have any money. The Kronofogdemyndigheten takes everything. I do not owe them anything but they owe me plenty!!

Since I do not have any lawyer who can defend me in this country I ask you to arrange this - lawyer or prosecutor. I will also ask you to see to that this lawyer/prosecutor will contact me as soon as possible so that I can complete the material I have and to send to him/her. Unfortunately there is material that I lack because the Swedish authorities have not bothered to send it to me. There are also documents that cannot be copied because of poor quality as I have mentioned earlier.

I demand damages for my health that has been destroyed by 95% by the medical service (sjukvården), the dentist Ingemar Vighagen (Citytandläkarna) and the public dental service (folktandvården), damages for the discriminations and violations that I have suffered by the social insurance office (försäkringskassan), both concerning my pension that has not been raised for 15 years, and for their collaboration with the enforcement service (kronofogdemyndigheten). I also claim damages from the Kronofogdemyndigheten who have stolen hundreds-of-thousands of Swedish Krona from me. Although I have paid everything the debts are still growing and the Kronofogdemyndigheten craves for more. I also claim damages from the tax authorities (skattemyndigheten) for their collaboration with the Kronofogdemyndigheten. I demand that my money will be paid back with damages and interest. My claim for damages including interest is 3,5 million Swedish Krona. Other matters (as for example a raise of my pension) can be discussed at a later time when you have appointed a lawyer/prosecutor. Some documents cannot be completed since the Försäkringskassan does not give me any information about what deductions that have been made to the Kronofogdemyndigheten. That is why the Försäkringskassan must attend the trial and show how much money that has been paid to the Kronofogdemyndigheten.

There is one thing I want to mention. I do not accept any lawyer/prosecutor or at all any person from Scandinavia. I want the lawyer/prosecutor to come from without the Western borders: Asia, Africa or South America - an impartial, just person who is against the discriminators, the violators and criminals. If it will go to trial I wish to attend it and that the Swedish Mafia bandits will be summoned.

I apologize for my harsh words but I cannot express myself in any other way, the Swedish authorities have not earned it.

Jociene) enligt artikel 27 i konventionen, den 7 december 2004 har beslutat, i enlighet med artikel 28 i konventionen, att avvisa ovan nämnda klagomål då det inte uppfyllde kraven som anges i artiklarna 34 och 35 i konventionen.

Macedonia is a nation that has suffered oppression during decades, genocide and ethnic cleansing. Macedonia is a nation the world has forgotten about.

Western authors, historians, experts, archaeologists teachers, professors and politicians have deprived the Macedonian nation of its history, traditions, culture, identity, literature, symbols and land, and falsified our Macedonian antiquity.

In schools, children are deceived and indoctrinated with "Greek" history, mythology, Gods and literature instead of being taught the truth.

Before 1860, "Greece" ("Hellas") did not exist. Neither did any "Greek" ("Hellenism") nationality. Before 1913, no Serbian "Albanian" or "Bulgarian" nationality or country existed. Before the Second World War, no Montenegrin, Croatian, Bosnian or Slovenian nationality or country existed. All of this is old Macedonian territory. As evidence, there are ancient historian maps presented in book 1.

The media of the western world has never revealed the truth about Macedonia, only presented fabricated, anti-Macedonian propaganda.

During the 20th century we have heard and seen the Western world's propaganda, discrimination and violations against Macedonia and the Macedonian nation. Now it is time for us to make our voices heard and to inform the world about the truth. We want to show the world our struggle for justice and reveal to the world the truth about Macedonia and the Macedonian nation.

I want to warn the readers about the shocking pictures in the book, of young Macedonians, some tortured, others massacred in the spring of 2001 by "Albanian" Nazi fascist extremists and terrorists and with the help of corrupt Macedonian traitors, who call themselves politicians and the Western World's Governments, and the Western World's organizations the NATO, the UN and the EU.

This is an echo of the Second World War when Hitler's nazis and Mussolini's fascists occupied Macedonia and gave the "Albanian" terrorists and fascists permission to massacre, murder and slaughter hundreds of thousands of Macedonians. Bush has abused his powers and Our Soldiers Deserve More!The Bush administration needs to be replaced with people who will lead this war in Iraq and will give our soldiers and Iraq something more than "Stay the Course" and "You go to war with the Army you have".

Our soldiers deserve much more, an effective course to follow, an Army and armor to protect them, a leader who will respect them and an administration that will provide it to them.

I am not defending Saddam. I quote: “Saddam needed to be taken out of power, but it had to be done the official way. Bush violated the UN chapter and went beyond his stated mission with congress to build a true coalition, exhaust the remedies of the UN and go to war as a last resort.”

I am DEFENDING the 11,000+ AMERICANS that have been KILLED and ATTACKED by BIN LADEN.

Bush should have stayed the course and gone after bin Laden as Bush’s quoted TWO WEEKS prior to the invasion in Iraq:

"No matter what the whip count is, we're calling for the vote. We want to see people stand up and say what their opinion is about Saddam Hussein and the utility of the United Nations Security Council. And so, you bet. It's time for people to show their cards, to let the world know where they stand when it comes to Saddam." [President Bush 3/6/03]

We had the MAJORITY of the WORLD behind us after 9/11, what percentage do we have now?

Anything to advoid the facts huh? No I wasn't the one yelling that Bush sr didn't go far enough. As a matter of fact that was what gave him my vote for re-election, despite his famous "Read my lips, no new taxes".

I will say it again, Saddam needed to be taken out of power, I will not disagree with that, but it had be done with the backing of the UN and the world. Go back and read what Bush jr said TWO weeks before invading. We had the majority of the world behind us after 9/11 and they would have contiuned to stay behind us if Bush didn't rush into Iraq.

Bush violated his stated mission with congress and the UN Chapter. If he had stayed the course and gone after bin Laden, he would be able to build a better coalition, have the UN backing and the majority of the world. We wouldn't be in such of a mess that we are in now.

If we would had a solid coalition when we invaded, maybe the mission would have been accomplished when he spent millions of dollars to claimed it was.

i know you guys, you change your mind everytime a new oppurtunity to blast the president comes up. the fact is, bush DID exhaust every resource of the u.n. he was faced with a choice. a judgement call. nobody knew whether or not there were wmds in iraq, and how were we to know when sadaam wouldnt allow inspectors in! dont you think thats just a little bit suspicious??

and the u.n. is retarded, the majority of the countries in the u.n. are cowards, all they care about is money and preserving good relations. they didnt care, because the only country really threatened was the u.s. what if sadaam had wmd's? (i still wouldnt rule this out as a possibility) what if he used them, killing thousands of americans and destroying cities? THEN you liberals would have something to say "oh! why didnt bush go into iraq sooner! we didnt need to wait for a u.n. decision! national security was at risk!" and you would probably impeach him straight off.

the point is, you guys are gonna find a way to blast the president no matter what he does. he made the right decision in ending sadaam's sadist reign of terror and preventing what could have been a massive attack on the united states. and dont say that he hasnt been pursuing bin laden, the majority of our secret services are throwing all their resources into locating that demon.

wow... It has come to my attention that both Republicans and Democrats are the most moronic groups on planet earth (perhaps outdone only by Hezbollah)! The U.N. is a completely useless forum! With all the time that U.N. resolutions, etc. gave "inspectors" to find WMD's BEFORE the war, any dumbass could hide them! No matter what you say (we lost thousands in Iraq, we didn't find any WMD's, we caused more problems, etc), the Iraq war is a success. To a point, that is. The United States, once again saving everyone else's rears, liberated millions of people from a cruel dictator. Even if we never find any WMD's, the HUMANITARIAN ADVANCES are the most important outcome. Millions of people in Iraq (and Afghanistan, for that matter) are voting, and women are FINALLY being treated with the respect they deserve. Also, Iraqi Kurdistan is finally free from oppression.
May I remind you that the military advances in combat techmique are saving thousands upon thousands of our armed forces' lives daily. The last 100% successful war that the U.S. took part in was WWII, in which we lost hundreds of thousands of troops. The fighting was brutal. Instead of complaining about the handful (in comparison) of lives lost in Iraq, we should be extremely grateful for advances, saving us the mass numbers of fatalities that wars as recent as Vietnam afforded us!!!
I personally know many members of the Armed Forces, including several Marines who have faced the responsibilities of their duties daily in Iraq. And they would do it all over again in an instant. They have seen, firsthand, the positive effects of the war and are extremely supportive of the campaign.
However, there are times when wars, like Vietnam, become quagmires. Iraq is becoming that. Since you seemingly have never read a U.S. history book (or at least haven't seen one for several years, I assume), allow me to "clue you in," I myself being qualified as a student who passed this years' Advanced Placement United States History test with a score of 5 (I'm not trying to brag here). The United States was winning the war in Vietnam, until... Congress and others who had relatively little experience with war began controlling the one at hand from Washington, D.C. When legislation, etc., begins regulating what troops can and cannot do in battle or occupation (within humanitarian reason, of course), war is impossible to win. In the later, more heated years of "Nam," troops were told, e.g., not to fire until fired upon, under any circumstances, I believe. Fighting a defensive war only is a sure way for failure. For an account of what we know works (although I wouldn't support it in today's day and age), please see General Sherman's "Total War," the campaign that saved America in the Civil War. My point is that I am seeing a resemblance between Vietnam and Iraq. We should allow the ground commanders to run the war with limited regulation from the Capitol or the White House. If not, we can kiss it goodbye right now.
However, although some regulation is needed, we cannot afford to be dummies. Sending out a timeline for withdrawl of troops would be as dumb as telling your enemy where you will attack. It totally escapes me how these folks who support a timeline have absolutely no logic complex. Telling your enemy what you're doing just doesn't make sense. If anything, we should let out a message to Al-jazeera (sp?) that we are deploying more troops, even if we really aren't. We need to do a much better job of strengthening our will in the Middle East if we want to regard this war as a victory (or at least a non-defeat) and exit in a reasonable time period.
And as for Cindy Sheehan? She's a crying mother (as many are) who is simply upset with her late son for signing on for another term in the military. Her son was obviously a patriot, and his mother has soiled his name. I believe that he would be extremely critical of her. Besides, may I ask what the hell kind of qualifications she has for managing a war besides being a distraught soccer mom?????!!

And one last thing... may I remind you that we currently have troops in Afghanistan and the surrounding areas actively looking for Osama Bin Laden! The mountainous villages where he is most likely hiding require troops to be stationed there for long periods of time to build the trust of the surrounding people. They are not used to Western culture, and I never expected the hunt for this mass murderer to end quickly. I am resolved that we will capture him, just as we did Saddam Hussein. Also, I reiterate that the voting process is occuring in Afghanistan and women are no longer mistreated.

My advice to you - look at both sides of the picture. I don't like Bush very much at this point, either, but I realize that there is good coming out of the Middle East.
Hopefully some of my patriotism will rub off on you: you could stand a little more.

The reasons that Bush went into Iraq were just oil and for Israel. Bush cares more about Israel than he does the US. That's why he abandoned the hunt for bin Laden.

Thousands of Americans and Iraqis are dead, billions of dollars wasted...all for nothing. Bush has given us a second Vietnam, something for the American People to be proud of.
