If you do not feel that you were given everything promised (meals, excursions, etc) or you do not feel that you received the prizes listed on the website (search for cached pages of the MBU website for a list of prizes), then you may have grounds to sue in small claims court. Talk to a local attorney. Because you all willingly traveled to Chicago, IL, you may have subjected yourself to their small claims court (meaning, you may not be able to sue in your own local court system). However, because TWB runs a website and advertised for people to sign up for her pageant, you may get local jurisdiction depending on your local small claims court rules.
To figure out what your local rules are, you can do google searches for your "County AND Small AND Claims AND Court AND State" Insert your home county and state. Also, if you visit your local court house, they usually have booklets printed up on how to sue someone for a small sum of money.
Lastly, if you are really having trouble, contact a local attorney. If you pay for an hour of a local attorney's time, you should gain enough information to proceed on your own.
BEST OF LUCK
Lastly, as a former Galaxy Contestant who lived through TWB's bashing of the Galaxy pageant, I would love nothing more than to see this lady fall hard. So please, if you are a winning contestant - and were never told about contracts prior to winning - you most definitely have grounds to sue TWB (and if you are smart, you will sue her - as that will be your only chance at getting prizes).
