Excellent idea, stagger it over a reasonable period to avoid crossover registration. Assess large penalty for changes to avoid someone registering for the "wrong" dances or level. Assumiing they will just change it later, but figure they are in. Dancers are all individual, and each take up a spot, no registration time break for siblings. I have 3 so I too would be hit. We already get a break on price. Not many sports offer this.
