There is no ISP advantage. This problem was due to poor planning and execution by FeisWorx. There $10 per month server could not handle it (<a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://www.phpwebhosting.com).">http://www.phpwebhosting.com).</a> You get what you pay for and Joe and cheaped out for too long to be in the big time.
