Subject: both girls in, but "family payment?"

after many hours of trying, i did finally manage to register my second daughter. by some miracle, i got the older one in saturday and was able to pay then. i got the second one in late this afternoon and just paid online. but . . . even though there is supposed to be a $12 fee per family, i ended up having to pay this again, because there was no way i could see to recalculate it. i know it's only $12, but sheesh, with all the aggravation . . .
