Subject: winterfeis

I have gotten in and registered twice for my daughter. When I go to feisworks or the list, her name is not on it. How many times do I have to register for it to count. I got in once on Sat and once on Sun and both times they said they would e-mail me. No word yet and still not listed as in. Do I register again? Please help. Not fair if It said we were registered and do not get in.
