Subject: Confused and frustrated, is the cap reached or not?

After spending hours over the past two days, I have still not successfully registered! Just now when I tried again, I get a whole series (like 40!) of error messages and at the very bottom a message that tells me the cap has been reached! Has it or have I still not "got in"?
