If you registered yesterday, your registration will be visible. You CAN NOT register today since I have turned off new registrations until the techs determine that the site is stable.

You CAN NOT pay online at this time.

I will be checking the site regularly and will give you an hour advance notice once the techs tell me that things are stable enough to re-open.
