I will be praying for Theresa. Is she a Beliver? I had some problems in my past too. Back in 1999 I was involved with a girl that was an alcoholic. She wasn't a Christian. I got caught up in her lifestyle of drinking and ended up getting 2 DUI's in a short period of time. Needless to say I had walked away from the Lord. After being arrested the 2nd time and having to go to jail for 5 days. I began to think about my life.

When you are in jail you have nothing but time to think. I thought what if Jesus were to return today? What kind of Christian witness am I? There are non Belivers out there (not in jail) living a better life than I was. It was there that I rededicated my life to Christ.

I still have my struggles. I am 43 years old. I have never married. I feel lonely quite often. I know though I am better off single than to be with a non Believer. I also know the place to start is right in your own life. Well again I will be praying for your daughter. Keep your spirits up. The Lord could use this time in your daughters life to really strengthen her and to get her living for Him.

Thanks,

John Buttlar
