Good job on this sounding and posting board... just wanted to share with all those vets who have been granted 100% from the VA that they can also file for Social Security disability because they can no longer work. Again you need to meet the criteria with Social Security such as quarters worked ect.If you need more information contact your Service Officer,certainly not the VA. Your Service Officer would be the one to steer you in the right direction.

(Mr. Realme served with the 137th Combat Engineer
Company (LE) assigned to the 19th Combat Engineer Bn. based at LZ English (North) just a few klicks from the Battle of Tam Quan area.
The 137th Combat Engineer Company (LE) and "A" Co. 19th Engineer Bn. were credited with 10 NVA kia while clearing the battle zone & destroying bunkers, trenches and tunnel complexes.
They suffered 3 kia and 5 wia in the Battle of Tam Quan.) R.O.
