Open State Beauty Pageant
FEBRUARY 18, 2006 ~ Charlotte, N.C.

Official prelim to the Americas beach babes National pageant
To be held in August 2006 at the beautiful myrtle beach, South Carolina!!!

0-11, 12-23, 2, 3, 4, 5-6, 7-9, 10-12, 13-15 and 16-Up (60 DAY GRACE PERIOD)


5 ULITMATE GRAND SUPREMES (2) 0-3, (2) 4-6 & 7-Up
Ultimate Grand Queens will receive an awesome 13” Custom N.C. Beach Babes Crown, Custom Embroidered Sash, $500.00 Savings Bond, and a Certificate for fees off Nationals. And picture will be used on 2007 State Paperwork, Advertisement and Website.
Highest combined score of Beauty, Photogenic and Highest Outfit Score.
Due to the high number of entries in the 0-6 year age groups I have added another Supreme to each.

3 GRAND SUPREMES 0-3, 4-6, 7-Up
Grand Supreme Queens will receive an awesome Custom N.C. Beach Babes Crown,
Custom Embroidered Sash, $200.00 Savings Bond and a Certificate for Fees off Nationals. Pictures will also be used
On 2007 State Paperwork, Advertisement and Website.

3 SUPREME QUEENS 0-3, 4-6, 7-Up
Supreme Queens will receive an awesome Custom N.C. Beach Babes Crown, Custom Embroidered Sash, $100.00 Savings Bond and a Certificate for Fees off Nationals. Pictures will also be used on 2007 State Paperwork, Advertisement and Website.

10 BEAUTY QUEENS
Beauty Queens will receive a Beautiful 7” Pink Flamingo Crown, Custom Embroidered Sash and a Certificate for Fees off Nationals. After all Supremes are pulled the beauty queen will be the contestant who has the next highest beauty score only. Pictures will also be used on 2007 State Paperwork, Advertisement and Website.

1st AND 2nd RUNNER UPS
4” Butterfly Crown and a Custom Beach Babes Sash
Runners up are the contestants with the next highest beauty scores after the queen has been chosen.

FUTURE QUEENS TALENT
All contestants not placing will be announced as a future queen and will 0-3, 4-6, 7-12 & 13-Up
receive a Beautiful 3” Tiara and a Beach Babes Princess Sash. Please bring own music

10 DIVISION PHOTOGENIC WINNERS and 10 DIVISION OUTFIT WINNERS
The contestant with the highest photogenic score in her group and the contestant with the
Highest outfit scores out of all that was modeled in her group will be the age division winners.
Age Division Photogenic Winner and Age Division Outfit Winner will receive Nice Directors Gift.

Outfit choices are Swimwear, Casualwear, Sportswear and Westernwear.
Only 1 Outfit comes with supreme there is an option to do more outfits (see application)
Music for outfit modeling will be upbeat and you may model as you wish.

I will not hold director, staff or anyone affilitated with the America’s Beach Babes pageant system or facility where the pageant is being held responsible for any accidents, damages, injuries, thefts, or lossess that may occur before, during or after the pageant. I understand the judges decisions are final and that bad sportsmanship can result in disqualification without a refund. I agree to let the director use any photographs or video footage for advertising purposes. Once paid there will be no refunds unless the pageant is cancelled and not rescheduled.

PAGEANT INFORMATION & RULES

Registration and Pageant Times
Pre-Registration Party:
Friday Night, Feb 17th from 6pm-8pm
Everyone who shows up to pre-register will enjoy FREE Pizza and Soda Party!!!
Please notify director that you will be pre-registering.

Registration for ages 0-3:
Saturday, Feb 18th from 9:00am-9:30am
Photogenic Judging will begin promptly at 9:45am - Pageant will begin at 10:45am
Schedule of events: Beauty, Casualwear, Swimwear, Sportswear and Westernwear
(you will have 15min in between changes)
After all outfits are modeled everyone will be dismissed for an thirty minute break while
the auditors tabulate scores.
Crowning will immediately follow the break.

Registration for ages 4-Up
Saturday, Feb 18th from 1:30pm – 2:00pm
Photogenic Judging will begin promptly at 2:15pm - Pageant will begin at 3:15pm
Schedule of events: Beauty, Casualwear, Swimwear, Sportswear and Westernwear
(you will have 15 min in between changes)
After all outfits are modeled everyone will be dismissed for a thirty minute break while
the auditor tabulates the scores.

This is a full Glitz Pageant – Looking for the Total Package.


Award/Gift Information
With at least 20 paid entries before the date of the pageant toys/age appropriate gifts will also be given out.

Certificates for Fees off Nationals
All Certificates will be mailed from the national director
Shayna Wright Williams – Certificates will be mailed within 60 days of state pageant.

Age Division Note
Age divisions at state differ from age divisions at nationals – age divisions will be determined by number of entrants.I allow a 60 day grace period at any state/prelim that I direct. National grace period may differ.

803-278-0285 for hotel information – I am working on a special room rate
for those who wish to drive in the night before the pageant.
