I don't know why, but I couldn't post my feedback to your message. Anyway, here are my coments.
Your text is very well written and the topic you chose is something that made me think about how I'm working with some private students.
I just didn't understand when you said "Taking inot account motivation..." What's inot? I don't know this word and didn't find it in any dictionary.
