Dear Eduardo,
Reading your paragraph I could not figure out the round bracket used to mark the numbers. Are you including the pages numbers or enumerating the quotations ? Could you please check it again?
In my opinion the rest of the paragraph is ok.

Sorry about my lack of ability to understand it.
