Very good job! Your thesis statement is clear and well developed. I've read Ana's feedback and I agree with them. The single comment I've made is the following :

The connection between these competences provides a competent writer.(THE USE OF THE WORD "PROVIDES" HERE SOUNDS A LITTLE WEIRD, I THINK IT WOULD BE BETTER TO USE "PROVIDES THE NECESSARY SKILLS FOR A COMPETENT WRITER" - THE VERB PROVIDE REQUIRES A DIRECT OBJECT AND/OR AN INDIRECT OBJECT, SO YOU PROVIDE SOMEBODY WITH SOMETHING OR SOMETHING FOR SOMEBODY)

I think you achieved the aim of the course and your essay really shows our growth.
