Subject: BUYER BEWARE!

Placed my order in December 2012. My credit card was charged twice for the same thing. She was sweet as sugar while taking my order - but now no merchandise - no refund - no answering phone calls or emails. I have to think she is intentionally deceiving th public for personal gain.

We often get phone calls from clients who are unhappy with their current and/or previous sash providers.
