I know this might be a little too late for me to mention to all Azali members, inclusive of those from MI, TWSS, etc. I dont want to mention this in the Guestbook of BayanA because it's an internal 'thing' within the group so i wouldn't want the public to have any sudden understanding of the situation when they enter the website.
Okay. Back to business. When I open up Bayan Azali under the guidance of our BayanA CEO in mid April this year, I set upon thinking about having a few rules. Ground rules to be exact. But I end up setting up just one ground rule for Bayan Azali, which I DO hope still stand today, even with new members from MI. The one rule is...
*During training, any problems and missunderstanding amongst family members, friends, boyfriends, Azali members, etc. should and will be placed aside so as to have a comfortable training atmosphere.*
I decided then in July this year, to add in one more important ground rule for Bayan Azali after hearing news after news after news of a "certain habit" that are fast becoming a trend amongst Singaporean girls, which is the slashing of hands or other body parts.
So thus, the nature of this message.
The 2nd rule is...
*Anyone caught slashing any part of their body with/without visionary(to see physically) action from any higher authority personel shall and will be severely dealt with, either through questioning or being sent to a counsellor, in which the person is liable to face the exit door of Bayan Azali if deemed necessary.*
The reason for me setting up a 2nd rule is due to the rising complains from teachers to me and even my twss-dm are telling me some of my girls are slashing their hands. So i have to make a move, a preventive measure for Azali. I knew this is a personal habit and i have no rights to ask for changes. I am doing as best i can to have u girls to remain naturally beautiful as u are for as long as possible, to still have clear flawless skin despite tonnes and tonnes of stress and pressures piling on top of u, and not to have slashes all over your body.
Please understand. I do not want any of you girls to slash any parts of your body, if u call urself a true Bayan Azali member.
Else, please re-read the 2nd rule.
BayanA CEO, if ure reading this, i do hope u understand. Im not asking, im telling u truthfully.
I am truly sorry if i were to hurt anyone's feelings due to any of my sayings as above. I am just doing my job in trying to make Azali a decent and happy dikir barat group.
I may or may not hold this position again after being given the trust of doing recruitment exercises as a so-called "Recruitment Officer" for the Bayan family, so i do hope u work with me to accomplish the dreams of Bayan Azali for the time.
