February 17, 2006 At the Macon County Jr. High School
1003 Hwy. 52 By Pass E. Lafayette, Tn.
Registration begins @ 11:00 A.M. - Pageant will begin at 12:00 P.M.
Attire : FORMAL WEAR/SUNDAY BEST
ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO INTO
DYLAN STAFFORD'S "HOPE FOR HEARTS" FOUNDATION

Door Admission $3.00 Per Person
Each door admission will receive a ticket for a chance to win a door prize To be given away by Dylan during intermission!
PAGEANT AWARDS
Girls 0-21 Years & Boys 0-5 Years
Everyone is welcome to participate
Beauty: we will award a Sweetheart Supreme winner & a Sweetheart Queen/King 1st, 2nd 3rd, and 4th alternates in each age division. Each Sweetheart Supreme & Queen winner will receive a Beautiful Rhinestone Heart Crown, Custom Banner, & Nice Trophy! Alternates will each receive a nice Valentine’s trophy. $ 15 entry fee
Side Events: Most Beautiful, Prettiest Eyes, Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Smile, Best Dressed, and Sweetheart! Each winner will receive a Beautiful Trophy! $5 each
All beauty and side event awards will be handed out immediately following each division.

Hope for Hearts Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of children and families who are enduring an illness with heart defects resulting in an extended hospital stay by providing financial and emotional assistance through this annual fundraiser. The money raised is used to purchase toys, clothes, and books for the children. In addition to these items, food, gas, clothing, and accommodations for the families are provided. The fund is named and held in honor of our Little Man, Dylan Chandler Stafford. Dylan is a survivor of congenital heart disease. He was born with several hearts defects which had to be repaired through a series of open heart surgeries.

We hold the Sweetheart fundraiser every year on or around Valentine's Day.

I JUST WANT TO SAY A QUICK THANK YOU TO EVERYONE FOR SIGNING UP. JUST SEEING THIS HUGE OF A TURN OUT REALLY HUMBLES ME BECAUSE I KNOW SEVERAL ARE ONLY ENTERING FOR THE CAUSE AND THAT MEANS SO MUCH TO US!!!
