Just a reminder that the draft starts Thursday/Friday, as I will really be bothering people for their picks to ensure that the draft finishes before noon Saturday the next week when the Ducks/Kings open the season in London. If you got a spot in the top 5 of the draft, have your pick ready for Thursday. Everyone else should e-mail or get in touch with me on Friday for their round one pick. People in the bottom of the draft (11-14) should have their 2nd round picks ready as well on Friday.

Quick rule change that will happen this year in the draft. As per previous years, once the draft has completed I will allow free drops/pick ups until the regular season starts. However, since preseason games and regular season games will still be going on at the same time, I will allow a slight modification. Since the Ducks/Kings start on the 29th, and the rest of the league starts on the 4th, free drops will still be allowed after the 29th, if it doesn't involve a Duck or King player.

So to clarify, free drops/pick ups until the 4th, but after the 29th you use one of your drops if you drop OR pick up a player on the Anahiem Ducks or Los Angeles Kings.
