 The only other one I can think of for a tiebreaker is to carry over the players rosters into the first round of the playoffs for a tiebreaker. However, that method also has some flaws, as some people pick players that will score high points, but are on teams that have almost no chance to make the playoffs (i.e. Derek with Ovechkin, Juan with Crosby).

Though it could work I suppose.
