Subject: Sci-Fi airing Lost may cost me $500.00!

I have been DVRing Lost on Sci-fi all fall and enjoying watching it from the beginning sooo much. I did not have HD the first go round and this show is just stunning on my big TV now. Love it!

That being said, Sci-fi has chosen to skip about 11 S3 episodes (including "Greatest Hits... waaah) so that they can catch up and air the S4 finale before the new season starts up in January.

So, now I am thinking I should ask for S3 on DVD for Christmas so I can watch all of those missing eppies.

---looks at Amazon.com---

*ooh, they have it in blu-ray*

I might have to buy myself a blu-ray player now.

---looks at Bestbuy.com---

*ooh, maybe I should by a PS3 for another couple of hundred dollars because it has a blu-ray player in it*

And that, my dear friends, is how Sci-Fi may cost me $500.00.

Merry Christmas to me? Hope you are all looking forward to the new season as much as I am.

We bought a new receiver, which led to new speakers, which led to a blue-ray. Go spoil yourself baby!

I have the first two seasons on DVD and ABC.com has season 4 online, so season three is kinda the red-heaired stepchild it seems. LOL.

I rented the missing season 3 DVD's instead.

Holidays got to busy, and then it was back to work.

But I am leaning toward the PS 3;) Waiting for a report back from my nephew on the Blue-ray functionality of the PS3!
