Subject: Anybody want a little spoilers from TV Guide?
03/30 - Upcoming episodes will reveal how [Michael] made it home. "You will be getting the detailed version of what exactly happened to Michael in between Ben sending him and Walt off the island and when we first meet him behind the wheel of that car" in the March 20 episode, Lindelof promises. Adss exec producer Carlton Cuse: "Michael becomes really pivotal to the end of the season. His return will have a lot of impact on the other characters." Presumably, that includes Sayid, who exposed Michael as an Oceanic 815 survivor. Viewers also will learn how the Oceanic 6 escaped the island and what hapenned to those who didn't. "The debate about whether Jack or Locke was right is really gonna amplify," Cuse teases. Amonth the other goodies in store: the identity of the person in that coffin, details on the freighter fold and the answer to who attacked -- and seemingly killed -- Rousseau and Karl. Too bad we haven't had a whole episode devoted to Michael's post-island story... Oh, wait... [/sarcasm]
As for the rest, thanks for the info sparkle, I think I read somewhere else that most of these questions would be answered. I'm wondering, though, if Michael's gonna make it back to the island, or if he's just gonna stay on the freighter for the rest of the season... might be fun to Jack, Kate and Sawyer's reaction to his return!

These aren't overly revealing though. -- sparkle, Friday, April 04, 09:41:47am [1] (71-11-136-53.dhcp.stls.mo.charter.com/71.11.136.53)
As mundane as it is, I really want to know who the hell is in the coffin!

It's not mundane... -- anyasbuttmonkey, Friday, April 04, 02:50:04pm [1] (cpc1-pool4-0-0-cust460.sotn.cable.ntl.com/80.7.61.205)
I had a wild and crazy thought the other day... what if it's Aaron in the coffin? Wouldn't that just be wild?! We'd have a whole new mystery to solve - what turns Kate against Aaron, but brings him (at least emotionally) to Jack, who was the only one who cared he'd died? And we still don't know just how far in the future Jack's "we have to go back!" flashforward is...

You're thinking who's in the coffin? -- veggie, Saturday, April 05, 12:31:19am [1] (nv-76-4-239-172.dhcp.embarqhsd.net/76.4.239.172)
It's a wild thought, indeed, but I can't see it being Aaron, the obit says the suicide victim left a teenage son. IMHO, it's gotta be Michael.

Yeah, I figured it was too crazy, even for Lindelof, but at this point anything goes! -- anyasbuttmonkey, Saturday, April 05, 10:20:41am [1] (cpc1-pool4-0-0-cust460.sotn.cable.ntl.com/80.7.61.205)
I'm still not convinced it's Michael. To me that just seems so obvious (and I thought that before it was confirmed Harold Whatshisface was returning), but it also fits with his whole storyline of "I've come back to die".
Personally, I would love it to be a completely out-of-left-field, who'd have thought it? type deal. Juliet, maybe.

The only other person I could think of would be... -- sparkle, Saturday, April 05, 11:42:31am [1] (71-11-136-53.dhcp.stls.mo.charter.com/71.11.136.53)
Sayid. We don't know exactly the timeline of that flashforward and if he's working as an assasin for Ben, anything goes. The more practical spec. is Michael, as veggie pointed out, because of the obit. Who knows though, maybe Sayid has a son we have yet to see, with his ex-love.
