I bought a chilli pepper recipe book (140 red hot dishes!) and plan to make at least a dozen of them before January 31st. Oh, and there's those books I bought waaaaaay back on Egyptian and Greek mythology, which I really want to get cracking on.
Who am I kidding? Season three DVDs baby!

My bf and I played a round of the Lost board game - the rules were a bit convoluted at first, but building the island was fun, and then playing the characters really got fun.
One week til Cloverfield.
We went out to TGI Fridays last night for my birthday (which is today) - haven't been to a TGI Fridays since college - it was a hoot. (And the food was good!).

It never works out. Too much temptation. I've thought about finding some way to block Spoilerfix.com from my computer, just so I can't be tempted, but...

I used to go all the time when I could get 25% discount, but now I don't work for the Whitbread group anymore so I can't afford to go as much :( I love love *love* their cocktail bars, especially when you just tell them what you like and they make something up for you :D
