Believe me, the 1st. XV gets all the preferential treatment that's going!
However, I think the original point of this debate has been lost. We can't afford the 1st. XV unless we maximise revenue and that means utilising our assets ie. getting paying spectators around the main pitch as often as we can - consistent with weather, major games etc. The lesser mortals also enjoy playing on the big pitch!
I think we will have to agree to disagree on deeper philosophical questions - whoever you are.
